Wok fried prawns with vegetables

Ingredients
- 20 peeled pink shrimps
- 2 carrots
- 2 courgettes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 bowl of chicken stock
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- Chives
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Carefully wash all the vegetables and cut them into thin slices. In a wok, heat a little oil then add the chopped garlic and onions and all the other vegetables. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the chicken stock and cook for another 5 minutes. The vegetables must stay crunchy. In a frying pan, cook the prawns in a little oil and then add them to the wok. Sprinkle on the parsley and chives and serve immediately.
