Stuffed round courgette

Ingredients
- 4 round courgettes
- 400g pasteurised whey cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Carefully wash the courgettes. Cut off the top and scoop out the courgette flesh without piercing the skin. Cook them for about 20 minutes in a saucepan of water until soft but still firm. Mix the cheese with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, chopped shallot, clove of garlic and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff the warm courgettes. Serve.
