Roast carrots with honey and thyme

Ingredients
- 1kg carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Carefully wash and peel the carrots, and then cut them into fine rounds. Peel the onion and slice finely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and then the carrots.
Cook for 10 minutes and then add the honey, mustard and vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper and add the thyme.
