Pumpkin flan

Ingredients
- 50g pumpkin flesh
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of crème fraîche
- 1/2 teaspoon of cane sugar
- 1 pinch of mild curry
- Butter
Preparation
Wash, peel and chop the pumpkin. Steam for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mash the pumpkin pieces using a fork and mix with the crème fraîche and the egg. Add the cane sugar and the curry.
Pour the mixture into a greased dish and place in the oven for about 20 minutes until the flan is cooked through.
Leave to cool before serving.
