“LEBANESE” Hummus

Ingredients
- 300g chickpeas
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of tahini
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparation
Soak the chickpeas in cold water for 5 minutes, strain and then blend with a little water. Add the tahini, lemon juice, cumin and salt and continue to blend. Gradually add the olive oil until the mixture becomes creamy. Serve chilled.
