Courgette puree

Ingredients
  • 1 potato
  • 1 courgette
  • 1/2 square of spreadable cheese
  • 1 knob of butter
Preparation

Wash and peel the vegetables.

Cut into small dice and cook for about 20 minutes until very soft. Mash with a fork or masher.

Blend everything together with the spreadable cheese and knob of butter.

Serve.

No need to add salt because it is already included in the cheese.
