Coconut sorbet

Ingredients
  • 50cL coconut milk
  • 25cL pasteurised skimmed milk
  • 70g grated coconut
  • 200g brown sugar
Preparation

Pour the coconut milk, skimmed milk, grated coconut and brown sugar into a large bowl. Mix. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and then pour it into a sorbet maker.

Keep your mixture in the fridge for 1 day. Serve and enjoy.
