Ingredients
- 50g sugar
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 250mL growing-up milk formula
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar until the mixture turns white.
In a saucepan, boil the growing-up milk formula with the cinnamon stick.
Remove the cinnamon stick from the milk and then pour it into the egg and sugar mixture. Gently stir.
Pour this mixture into 4 small dishes.
Bake in the oven in a bain-marie for 30 minutes.
